Güvenlik bilgi formları (gBF) YÖNETMELİĞİNDEN KKDİK'E GEÇİŞ
Kimyasal madde ve karışımlar ile ilgili Güvenlik Bilgi Formlarının (GBF/SDS) hazırlanmasında 31 Aralık 2023 önemli bir dönüm noktasıdır. Bu tarihten itibaren Güvenlik Bilgi Formları, Kimyasalların Kaydı, Değerlendirilmesi, İzni ve Kısıtlanması (KKDİK) Yönetmeliği'nin Ek-2 kriterlerine uygun olarak hazırlanmalıdır. İmalatçı ve ithalatçılar Türkiye’de piyasaya arz ettikleri ve KKDİK kapsamına göre Güvenlik Bilgi Formu hazırlanması gereken hammadde ve ürünler için GBF' lerini Türkçe ve uzman onaylı olarak güncellemekle yükümlüdür.
Bu değişim, kimyasal ürünlerin güvenli kullanımı ve insan ve çevre sağlığının korunması açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır. KKDİK Yönetmeliği, GBF'lerin içeriğine ve formatına ilişkin daha kapsamlı ve güncel düzenlemeler sunarak kimyasallar ile ilgili risklerin daha iyi anlaşılmasını ve yönetilmesini sağlamaktadır.
UZMAN KONTROL VE ONAYI GEREKLİDİR
Güvenlik Bilgi Formlarının KKDİK Yönetmeliğine uygun şekilde hazırlanması, uzman bilgi ve tecrübesi gerektirir. Bu nedenle, GBF hazırlama ve onay için ülkemizde Türk Akreditasyon Kurumu (TURKAK) tarafından yetkilendirilmiş kuruluşların yeterlilik sınavını tamamlayan kişiler Kimyasal Değerlendirme Uzmanı olarak belgelendirilmektedir.
UZMAN DESTEĞİYLE SORUNSUZ GEÇİŞ
Bureau Veritas KKDİK Yönetmeliği kapsamında Güvenlik Bilgi Formlarının güncellenmesi ve onaylanması ile Kimyasal Değerlendirme Uzmanı eğitimleri ve belgelendirmesi konusunda uzman ekibiyle destek vermektedir.
Bunları Unutmayın:
- 31 Aralık 2023'ten itibaren GBF'ler KKDİK Yönetmeliği'ne uygun şekilde hazırlanmalıdır.

NEW PHASE IN SAFETY DATA SHEETS
TRANSITION FROM SDS REGULATION TO KKDIK
December 31, 2023, marks a significant milestone in the preparation of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for chemical substances and mixtures. From this date onwards, Safety Data Sheets must be prepared in accordance with the Annex-2 criteria of the Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (KKDIK). Manufacturers and importers are required to update their SDSs in Turkish and have them approved by experts for the raw materials and products they place on the market in Turkey that require an SDS under the scope of KKDIK.
This change is of great importance for the safe use of chemical products and the protection of human and environmental health. The KKDIK Regulation provides more comprehensive and up-to-date regulations on the content and format of SDSs, ensuring better understanding and management of the risks associated with chemicals.
EXPERT REVIEW AND APPROVAL REQUIRED
Preparing Safety Data Sheets in accordance with the KKDIK Regulation requires expert knowledge and experience. Therefore, in Turkiye, experts who have had the proficiency exam of organizations authorized by the Turkish Accreditation Agency (TURKAK) for the preparation and approval of the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are certified as Chemical Assessment Experts.

Remember:
- From December 31, 2023, SDSs must be prepared in accordance with the KKDIK Regulation.
- Preparing SDSs, classifying chemicals, labelling and packaging them requires expert knowledge and experience.
- Under the KKDIK Regulation, Safety Data Sheets must be prepared in Turkish and approved by Chemical Assessment Experts.
